Sixty-eight Attend First Meeting

Great time was had by all .... Thespian officers & members introduced themselves.  Then we worked through three types of warm-ups ... Relaxation, Flexibility, & Vocal.  Circle greeting, walking with status (and an iron pelvis) then a concentration exercise.

Permission slips were passed out.  Next meeting for Thespians - next Thursday.  Drama Club meets on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursdays of the month.

First Drama Club Meeting of 2011-12

Come to our first drama club meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in the auditorium from 2:30-4:05.  We will meet and greet the HJHS Thespians Troupe (drama honor society), get the scoop for the year's productions, fundraising fun, and more. Want to be a "tech" person - not an actor - not a problem.  See you Tuesday

Aladdin Production

Dr. Chow invited us to do 10 minutes of our show for the June meeting of the school board.

First Production a Success

Awesome! Great work everyone!  were full of energy and it was infectious.  You were a delight to watch. I can't wait to get started with the Disney's Aladdin, Jr.  Auditions for this show are open to the whole school.  I don't have the exact dates yet.  Waiting for some information to arrive.

Drama Club Meeting Tuesday, January 11, 2011

All cast and drama club members will meet in the auditorium on Tuesday from 2:30 - 4:00.  See you there. Cast - bring your scripts and your permission slips if you haven't already turned them in.

After School Meeting Tomorrow!! December 7

 Our first after-school meeting will be an Audition Workshop.  How to prepare for an audition, how to do  relaxation and warm-up exercises. 

Pick up a form for your parents to sign which lets me know that they know where you will be on Tuesday from 2:30-4:00 p.m.

We have auditions for our first production next Monday, December 13 started at 2:45 in the auditorium.  You need to sign up for an audition time on the sheet next to the theatre classroom.
